Lake V. Hobbs Goes to Trial
An Arizona judge ruled that two claims challenging Katie Hobbs’ election in the Arizona gubernatorial race can go to trial. The claims come from the Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate, Kari Lake, who filed ten claims against Hobbs, arguing widespread fraud in the November election. The judge allowed Lake the opportunity to present her findings at a trial. Still, she must prove that whatever interference went on was sufficient enough to have cost her the election.
